One box of LUMINAS patches contains 24 pain relief patches. 12 Medium (1.5" x 2.75") & 12 Large (2.75" x 4")

Each person has a unique energy system with different levels of discomfort. One person may experience relief within minutes while others may need additional time or additional patches.

Do not cut the patch. If you cut the patch, the charge will be lost and the patch will no longer be effective.

Medium & Large Patch Placement:

Start with a medium or large patch on the area based on your level of pain. Initially, you may need to apply 1 large patch in each area to reset the inflammatory process. Re-evaluate your pain level after 24 hours. If pain persists, apply additional patches in that area.  If pain has lessened or is gone, apply 1 medium patch for continued and preventative support.
